About Us

We are not strategy consultants. The leaders we work with know what needs to be done. They hire us to do the work through periods of growth and change, so they can focus on long-term impact.

Rather than telling organizations what to do, we do what needs to be done. We do our best work during “spikey” periods of high growth and rapid change, when the need for additional capacity is urgent and temporary. We manage short-term projects, fill staffing gaps, help launch sustainable programs, and build systems that create long-term efficiency. We work with precision, speed, and heart on the stuff that piles up and sneaks up, so that leaders have the space and time to lead.

“I love working with nonprofit leaders, and am constantly learning from their ingenuity, commitment, and strength. My passion is to make their work feel lighter, so they can continue to show up — day after day and year after year — to create change.”
